 The Taft Eagles will look to defend their home field  on Friday against the Warren Township Blue Devils at 4:45  p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication,  the pair will really light up the scoreboard.
 Taft can now show off 18 landslide victories after their most recent  contest  on Wednesday. They never let St. Laurence onto the board and left with  a   12-0  victory.
 The team  relied heavily on  Joselyn Ulloa, who  scored three  runs and  stole two bases while going 3-for-4.  Sadie Moussa was another key contributor,  going 2-for-4 with a  home run and three  RBI.
 Meanwhile, Warren Township waltzed into their matchup  on Thursday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came out on top against the Knights by a score of  10-5.
 Taft has  been performing  well recently as they've  won seven of their last nine games,  which provided a nice bump to their 24-7 record  this season. As for Warren Township, they pushed their record up to 20-7 with that  win, which was their fifth straight  on the road.
