Volleyball Game Preview: Lancaster Eagles vs. Eastside Lions + How To Watch

The Lancaster Eagles are taking a road trip to take on the Eastside Lions at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Lancaster will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

It was a Battle of the Birds when Lancaster challenged Knight on Tuesday. The Eagles were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Hawks. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Eagles have posted against the Hawks since October 3, 2023.

Lancaster was especially dominant in the third set. The final score came out to 25-17, 25-19, 25-11.

Meanwhile, Eastside came up short against Quartz Hill on Tuesday and fell 3-1.

The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 20-25, 25-18, 25-14.

Lancaster's victory bumped their record up to 16-9. As for Eastside, their loss dropped their record down to 9-8-1.

Lancaster took their win against Eastside when the teams last played on September 2nd by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
