Soccer Recap: Chelsea Academy Takes a Loss

Chelsea Academy was the 4-1 winner over Immanuel Christian when they last played one another back in May of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Chelsea Academy Knights came up short against the Immanuel Christian Warriors on Thursday, falling 4-1. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Their goal came courtesy of Cecilia Wingate, which was the first she's scored this season.

Chelsea Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Immanuel Christian, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Chelsea Academy will take on Blue Ridge Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Immanuel Christian, they will square off against Saint John Paul the Great Catholic at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
