Garey's win was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 3-7. As for Azusa, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season.

Garey will challenge Nogales at 3:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Azusa, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 13-4 victory against Sierra Vista on the 3rd.
