Hug faced Sparks in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Monday. The Hawks won by a goal and slipped past the Railroaders 1-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Hug also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Aiden Sermeno, who's now up to two this season.
