Basketball Recap: Wellston Finds Home Court Redemption Against Mulhall-Orlando

There's no place like home for Wellston, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Wednesday. They took down the Mulhall-Orlando Panthers 53-39 on Friday. This was a revenge game for the Tigers: when they faced off against the Panthers back in November of 2024, they had to take a 45-40 loss.

Wellston's win bumped their record up to 7-11. As for Mulhall-Orlando, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-9.

Wellston will challenge Coyle at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Mulhall-Orlando, they will welcome Glencoe at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Glencoe knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four matches -- so hopefully Mulhall-Orlando likes a good challenge.
