Baseball Preview: Crocker Lions vs. Humansville Tigers
The Crocker Lions will look to defend their home field on Friday against the Humansville Tigers at 4:30 p.m. Crocker will be looking to extend their current seven-game winning streak.
Last Monday, Crocker was able to grind out a solid victory over Plato, taking the game 8-4.
Jackson Burney made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out nine batters over 5.2 innings while giving up just one earned (and three unearned) runs off six hits. Burney was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with three RBI, a triple, and a run.
