Soccer Recap: Lawrence Comes Up Short

Lawrence managed to slip by Olathe Northwest the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Lions came up short against the Ravens on Tuesday, falling 4-1. The matchup was a close 2-1 at the break, but unfortunately for Lawrence it sure didn't stay that way.

Their goal came courtesy of Patrick Sandefur, who's now up to 21 this season.

Lawrence is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-4-1. As for Olathe Northwest, they now have a winning record of 7-6-2.

Coming up, Lawrence will be playing at home against Olathe South at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Olathe Northwest has already played their next contest (against Mill Valley), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
