Volleyball Game Preview: Superior Central Cougars vs. Forest Park Trojans

The Superior Central Cougars are taking a road trip to square off against the Forest Park Trojans at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Superior Central is headed into the matchup having just posted their closest victory since August 23rd on Thursday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Rapid River, sneaking past 1-0. The win continues a trend for the Cougars in their matchups with the Rockets: they've now won six in a row.

Meanwhile, Forest Park earned a 2-0 victory over Escanaba on Saturday.

Forest Park's win bumped their record up to 29-1. As for Superior Central, their victory bumped their record up to 7-4.

Superior Central suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Forest Park in their previous meeting back in October of 2024. Can the Cougars avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
