Cartersville has gone a perfect 5-0 against Hiram recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Hurricanes will head out to challenge the Hornets at 7:30 p.m. Cartersville knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 31 points or more in their past nine games -- so hopefully Hiram likes a good challenge.

Cartersville's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They claimed a resounding 52-0 win over Cedartown. Nate Russell produced another solid effort throwing for 227 yards and five TDs on perfect 8-for-8 passing. Thanks to that big game, he is now up to 28 passing touchdowns on the season. The team also got some help courtesy of Brady Marchese, who picked up 70 receiving yards and three touchdowns.
