Basketball Recap: Hazen Starts Season with Victory on the Road

Hazen had to kick off their season on the road on Saturday, but they showed no ill effects. They came out on top against the New Town Eagles by a score of 61-51. The win was some much needed relief for the Bison as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak dating back to last season.

Hazen will take on Turtle Mountain in a holiday battle at at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for New Town, they are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game this season. they will challenge South Heart at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
