O'Connor had already won nine in a row and they went ahead and made it ten on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Liberty Lions. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 two weeks ago.

The final score came out to 26-24, 23-25, 25-13, 25-15.

Noah Kaoni paced O'Connor's offense, picking up 12 kills. Kaoni got some help from Jack Slight and his 39 assists. Slight also made an impact serving: he shared the team lead in aces with Chayce Mondino, racking up six apiece.

O'Connor's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 27-8-1. As for Liberty, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-17.

O'Connor wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-1 loss against Brophy College Prep on the 30th. As for Liberty, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Desert Vista on the 30th.
