Football Recap: Marshfield Comes Up Short

Marshfield lost against Branson back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Bluejays were dealt a 49-18 defeat at the hands of the Pirates. The Bluejays have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The loss was their first on the road , dropping their record down to 3-3. As for Branson, their win bumped their record up to 4-2.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Marshfield will square off against rival Logan-Rogersville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Branson is set to face off against their familiar foe Carl Junction at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
