After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Tri-Valley, Morgan was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Crooksville Ceramics with a sharp 3-0 victory. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Raiders as it put an end to their five-match losing streak.

Morgan walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-16, 25-21.

Despite the loss, Crooksville still got an impressive performance from Alexis Eyman, who had ten digs and two aces.

Morgan's win bumped their record up to 8-14. As for Crooksville, their loss was their sixth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-19.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Morgan will take on Cambridge at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Crooksville, they will challenge Newcomerstown at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
