Basketball Preview: Reed Raiders vs. Bishop Manogue Miners
Reed is 2-8 against Bishop Manogue since February of 2019 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Wednesday. The Reed Raiders will challenge the Bishop Manogue Miners at 7:30 p.m.
On Monday, Reed had to suffer through a 64-21 loss at the hands of Spanish Springs. While losing is never fun, the Raiders can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Nevada basketball rankings (they are ranked 59th, while the Cougars are ranked sixth).
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bishop Manogue). Everything went their way against Carson on Friday as Bishop Manogue made off with a 71-45 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Miners.
