Basketball Recap: Bryant Takes a Loss

Bryant was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They came up short against the Mary G. Montgomery Vikings, falling 56-30. While losing is never fun, the Hurricanes can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Alabama basketball rankings (they are ranked 319th, while the Vikings are ranked 117th).

Bryant's defeat dropped their record down to 4-18. As for Mary G. Montgomery, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-9.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bryant has already played their next game (against Davidson), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Mary G. Montgomery has also has no score uploaded for their next match, this one against Cottage Hill Christian Academy.
