Football Recap: Pioneer Patriots vs. Vanden Vikings
Pioneer fell victim to Vanden and their airtight defense on Friday. They were outmatched by the Vanden Vikings on the road and fell 41-0. Considering the last time the Patriots couldn't score was back in September, the team can't take the result too hard.
Kalani Mcleod was his usual excellent self, throwing for 225 yards and two touchdowns while completing 71.4% of his passes for Vanden. Another big playmaker for Vanden was Chris Clark, who returned a punt for a touchdown.
This is the second loss in a row for Pioneer and nudges their season record down to 5-5. As for Vanden, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 8-2.
As of now, neither Pioneer nor Vanden have any future games scheduled.
