Soccer Recap: Porter-Gaud Takes a Loss

If Porter-Gaud was feeling good fresh off their 10-0 takedown of Northwood Academy last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Cyclones fell just short of the Fort Dorchester Patriots by a score of 3-2 on Monday. Porter-Gaud haven't had much luck with Fort Dorchester recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Porter-Gaud's defeat dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Fort Dorchester, they moved to 7-8 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Looking ahead, Porter-Gaud will venture away from home to square off against Camden Military at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Fort Dorchester, they will take on Myrtle Beach at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
