Soccer Recap: Arroyo Comes Up Short

After soaring to six goals the game before, Arroyo was a bit more limited in their matchup on Tuesday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bishop O'Dowd Dragons. The Dons were not able to make up for their defeat to the Dragons from their previous meeting back in January of 2024.

Arroyo's loss dropped their record down to 7-6-2. As for Bishop O'Dowd, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-4-3 record this season.

Arroyo has already played their next game (against Mt. Eden), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Bishop O'Dowd will venture away from home to take on Tennyson at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
