Basketball Recap: Webbers Falls Comes Up Short

Webbers Falls was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were two points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 43-41 heartbreaker at the hands of the Whitesboro Bulldogs. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Warriors have suffered since January 23, 2024.

Webbers Falls' loss dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Whitesboro, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-5.

Webbers Falls will square off against Gore at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Whitesboro, they will venture away from home to square off against Braggs at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
