Softball Recap: Kamiak Knights vs. Issaquah Eagles

Kamiak put the finishing touches on their 13th blowout victory of the season on Monday. They were the clear victor by an 11-1 margin over the Issaquah Eagles. That's two games straight that Kamiak has won by exactly ten runs.

Synclair Mawudeku made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she pitched five innings while giving up just one earned run off five hits. Mawudeku has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive pitching appearances. Mawudeku was also stellar in the batter's box, going 3-for-3 with a home run, three RBI, and two runs.

In other batting news, Kamiak let Aliya Boonsriprisal and Kylie McClure loose on the outfield. Boonsriprisal scored a run while going 1-for-3, while McClure scored two runs while going 2-for-3. Scarlette Chapman was another key contributor, scoring a run while going 1-for-4.
