Crested Butte came into Saturday's matchup looking for another win against South Park, but Trinity Walker wouldn't allow it. The South Park Burros enjoyed a cozy 33-14 win over the Crested Butte Titans on Saturday thanks in part to Walker, who posted 14 points along with six steals and five rebounds. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed three or more in each of the last ten games she's played.

The team also got some help courtesy of Charli Arrelano, who earned seven points in addition to nine boards and four steals. She continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played.

When it comes to explaining why Crested Butte lost, don't look at Molly Miller. Despite the final result, she scored six points and three steals. That was a full 42.9% of Crested Butte's points, marking the sixth time in a row Miller has put up more than a third of the team's points.

South Park is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-6 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 24.5 points over those games. Crested Butte dropped their record down to 4-16 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Coming up, South Park will square off against Center at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. South Park's defense has only allowed 28.5 points per game this season, so Center's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Crested Butte, they will be taking part in a tournament against Antonito at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
