East Valley and Fulton are an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2018, but likely not for long. The Falcons will head out to square off against the Jaguars at 2:30 p.m. on Monday. East Valley will be strutting in after a win while Fulton will be coming in after a loss.

On Thursday, East Valley got the win against Panorama by a conclusive 23-7. The match marked the Falcons' most dominant victory of the season.

Meanwhile, Fulton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 17-6 to Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences.

The win made it two in a row for East Valley and bumps their season record up to 5-6. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 20.0 runs over those games. As for Fulton, their loss dropped their record down to 2-11.

East Valley took their win against Fulton in their previous meeting back in March by a conclusive 20-10 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Falcons since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
