Soccer Game Preview: Riverside vs. Wade Hampton

The Warriors put the hurt on the Eagles with a sharp 4-1 win on Monday. The high-scoring effort was just what Riverside needed considering they were shut out in their previous contest.

Meanwhile, Wade Hampton entered their tilt with Boiling Springs on Monday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. Their defense stepped up to hand the Bulldogs a 3-0 shutout. Wade Hampton's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last three matchups.

Riverside's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-5. Those road wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 11 goals over those three games. As for Wade Hampton, their victory bumped their record up to 9-4.
