Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sachse). They put the hurt on the Naaman Forest Rangers with a sharp 9-1 victory on Friday. The win was familiar territory for the Mustangs who have now won three matches in a row.

Sachse pushed their record up to 7-4-2 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up two goals over those five contests. As for Naaman Forest, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-5-1 record this season.

Coming up, Sachse will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against Rowlett at 7:30 p.m. As for Naaman Forest, they will head out on the road to challenge South Garland at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Naaman Forest is facing South Garland at the right time seeing as South Garland is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
