Waupaca had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 36 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They walked away with a 56-45 victory over the Luxemburg-Casco Spartans. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Comets also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2024.

Waupaca is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 6-9 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.6 points per game. As for Luxemburg-Casco, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-7.
