Volleyball Recap: Lake Forest Academy Takes a Loss

Lake Forest Academy lost against Ridgewood back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Caxys fell 2-0 to the Rebels.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-13.

Maks Khanahian was the offensive standout of the match as he had three digs and two aces. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in assists (12).

Lake Forest Academy dropped their record down to 1-2 with the defeat, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Ridgewood, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-1.

Looking ahead, Lake Forest Academy will be playing at home against Latin at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Ridgewood, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Westinghouse on the 8th.
