The Manchester Blue Devils and the Chattahoochee County Panthers will face off at 7:30 p.m. on January 23rd without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. One thing working in Manchester's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last eight matchups.
Manchester can now show off five landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Saturday. They blew past Marion County 68-46. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win Manchester has posted yet this season.
Manchester relied on the efforts of Daryus Bryant, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and 17 rebounds, and Dre McGhee, who scored 15 points along with six rebounds and two steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points McGhee has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Jayden Terry, who scored nine points along with six rebounds and two steals.
Meanwhile, even though Schley County scored an imposing 55 points on Saturday, Chattahoochee County still came out on top. Chattahoochee County secured a 61-55 W over Schley County.
Manchester is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 10-5 record this season. As for Chattahoochee County, they now have a winning record of 9-8.
