Douglas faced Buffalo in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Bearcats simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Bison 41-3. The Bearcats have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Bison, too.

The victory made it two in a row for Douglas and bumps their season record up to 4-3. Those wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 3 points in those games. As for Buffalo, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-5.
