Basketball Recap: Cedar Crest Takes a Loss

Cedar Crest was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 68-44 to the Lebanon Cedars. While losing is never fun, the Falcons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 207th, while the Cedars are ranked 35th).

Cedar Crest's loss dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Lebanon, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 14-3.

When Cedar Crest and Lebanon next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Cedar Crest will square off against Manheim Central and their three-game winning streak at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Lebanon will try to stop Lancaster Catholic's ten-game winning streak when the meet at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
