Volleyball Preview: Central Valley Bears vs. Lewis & Clark Tigers
Central Valley has been on the road for two straight, but on Tuesday they'll finally head home. They will challenge the Lewis & Clark Tigers at 7:00 p.m. Both are at an even 4-4 against one another since September of 2014, but likely not for long.
Last Thursday, Central Valley came up short against Shadle Park and fell 3-1. While the Bears didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Highlanders 26-24 in the first set.
Central Valley started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 24-26, 25-19, 25-14, 26-24.

Meanwhile, Lewis & Clark was able to grind out a solid win over Ferris on Thursday, taking the game 3-1.
Lewis & Clark had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 22-25, 25-21, 27-25, 25-14.
Central Valley has traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-14 record this season. As for Lewis & Clark, their victory bumped their record up to 6-8.
