Cienega has gone 8-2 against Buena recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Bobcats will challenge the Colts at 6:00 p.m.

Cienega came up short against Pueblo on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The Bobcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

While Cienega was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Pueblo's winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-18, 25-21.

Meanwhile, Buena had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four two weeks ago. They came out on top against the Caballeros by a score of 3-1.

Buena had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 12-25, 25-11, 26-24, 25-15.

Buena picked up their first road victory, bumping their record up to 8-10. As for Cienega, their loss was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 5-1 and their overall record down to 9-7.

Everything went Cienega's way against Buena in their previous matchup back in September, as Cienega made off with a 3-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bobcats since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
