Reagan had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They put the hurt on the Brennan Bears with a sharp 31-9 win on Saturday. The score at the end of the third wound up being the final score as the Rattlers just coasted through the last quarter.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Reagan to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jack Bingham, who threw for 169 yards and two touchdowns while completing 83.3% of his passes. Rayshun Hurt helped Bingham out on the ground, picking up 88 receiving yards and a touchdown.
