Baseball Recap: Sequoyah Comes Up Short

Sequoyah came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Valliant Bulldogs, falling 9-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Indians have suffered since March 10th.

Sequoyah's defeat dropped their record down to 9-11. As for Valliant, they pushed their record up to 20-14 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home.

The Indians have already played their next match, a 10-7 loss against the Eagles on the 3rd. As for Valliant, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, an 8-1 victory against Roland on the 1st.
