Volleyball Recap: Laton Takes a Loss

Laton lost against Kings Christian on Tuesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Mustangs fell just short of the Crusaders by a score of 2-1. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Laton's loss dropped their record down to 5-13. As for Kings Christian, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-9.

Laton will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Legacy Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on the 14th. As for Kings Christian, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Alpaugh on the 4th.
