Volleyball Recap: Laton Takes a Loss

Laton lost against Kings Christian on Tuesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Mustangs fell just short of the Crusaders by a score of 2-1. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Laton's defeat dropped their record down to 5-13. As for Kings Christian, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 7-10 record this season.

Laton will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Legacy Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on the 14th. As for Kings Christian, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Alpaugh on the 4th.
