Baseball Recap: Grand Oaks Takes a Loss

After flying high against North Shore last Thursday, Grand Oaks came back down to earth. The Grand Oaks Grizzlies fell just short of the Barbers Hill Eagles by a score of 5-3 on Friday. The loss was the Grizzlies' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Grand Oaks fell to 3-1. As for Barbers Hill, their victory bumped their record up to 4-1.

Grand Oaks wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, an 8-5 win against Clear Creek on the 21st. As for Barbers Hill, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 4-1 victory against North Shore on the 21st.
