Soccer Recap: Staley Comes Up Short

Staley was the 1-0 winner over Liberty when they last played one another back in March, but their luck changed this time around. The Falcons fell just short of the Blue Jays by a score of 2-1 on Saturday. Staley have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Staley's loss dropped their record down to 7-12. As for Liberty, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-9 record this season.

Staley does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Liberty, they will square off against Park Hill at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Park Hill's defense has only allowed 0.2 goals per game this season, so Liberty's offense will have their work cut out for them.
