Basketball Recap: Jefferson Independent Day Piles Up the Points Against Bronaugh

You're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter and that's exactly how it played out for Jefferson Independent Day on Friday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that they blew the Bronaugh Wildcats out of the water with a 75-35 final score. With the Cavaliers ahead 51-20 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.

Jefferson Independent Day found their leader in sophomore Will Twiss, who shot 65% from the field on his way to 31 points. Thanks to that strong game, Twiss now owns an excellent 47.9% shooting accuracy. The team also got some help courtesy of Simon Studer, who posted 12 points.
