Softball Recap: West Takes a Loss

West lost against Bishop Carroll on Thursday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Pioneers came up short against the Golden Eagles, falling 17-1. The Pioneers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

West's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Bishop Carroll, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. West will welcome North at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The RedHawks will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each match than the last. As for Bishop Carroll, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Kapaun Mt. Carmel at 5:00 p.m. on the 22nd.
