Baseball Game Preview: Hayward Farmers vs. San Leandro Pirates

For the second straight game, Hayward will face off against San Leandro. The Farmers will venture away from home to square off against the Pirates at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Hayward has a tough task ahead: they'll enter the contest with seven straight defeats, while San Leandro will come in with five straight wins.

San Leandro hit Hayward with a four-run seventh inning on Wednesday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Farmers lost 9-2 to the Pirates.
