Volleyball Recap: Valley Lutheran Takes a Loss + How To Watch

After flying high against Arizona School for the Deaf & Blind on Tuesday, Valley Lutheran came back down to earth. The Flames came up short against the Desert Heights Prep Yote on Thursday, falling 3-0. The Flames were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Yote apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2023.

Valley Lutheran has also been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-16 record this season. As for Desert Heights Prep, the victory got them back to even at 9-9.

Valley Lutheran does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Desert Heights Prep, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against North Phoenix Preparatory Academy on the 31st.
