Softball Recap: Wilson Lakemen vs. Royalton-Hartland Rams
Wilson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They fell 9-5 to the Royalton-Hartland Rams. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Wilson of the 18-8 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2023.
Rian Faery was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-3. Another player making a difference was Rowan Simpson, who scored a run and stole a base while getting on base in two of her four plate appearances.
