Volleyball Recap: Costa Mesa Comes Up Short

Costa Mesa lost against North back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Mustangs took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Saxons. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Costa Mesa's defeat dropped their record down to 8-12. As for North, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 13-6-1.

Coming up, Costa Mesa is taking a road trip to challenge Valencia at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for North, they will take on Wiseburn- Da Vinci at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The game will give the Saxons their first taste of in-conference action this season.
