Lincoln waltzed into their contest on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They walked away with a 7-3 win over the Eastside Catholic Crusaders. This was payback for the Lynx, who suffered a 5-2 loss the last time these two teams met.

Lincoln pushed their record up to 7-3 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.7 runs over those games. As for Eastside Catholic, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-4.

Coming up, Lincoln will head out to challenge Ingraham at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Lynx's pitchers better be ready for this one: the Rams have averaged an impressive 10.7 runs per game this season.
