Football Recap: Joshua Extends Winning Streak to Three + How To Watch

It may have taken triple overtime to finish the job, but Joshua ultimately got the result they hoped for on Friday. They skirted past the Midlothian Panthers 23-21. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Owls have posted since August 30, 2024.

Midlothian lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Brendyn Jackson, who picked up 50 receiving yards and a pair of scores.

The victory was the third in a row for Joshua, bringing their record up to 3-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 27.0 points over those games. As for Midlothian, they moved to 3-2 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.
