Basketball Recap: Mayde Creek Comes Up Short

Mayde Creek was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They were a single point away from ending the streak, but they lost a 53-52 heartbreaker at the hands of the Katy Tigers. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rams this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 39-38 back in January.

Mayde Creek's record now sits at 15-18. As for Katy, their win bumped their record up to 17-15.

As of now, neither Mayde Creek nor Katy have any future games scheduled.
