Soccer Recap: Hamilton Comes Up Short

Hamilton managed to keep up with Springfield until halftime on Saturday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Big Blue lost 3-0 to the Wildcats. Hamilton were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Springfield apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in August of 2024.

Hamilton now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Springfield, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Hamilton and Springfield will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Big Blue are set to face off against their familiar foe Colerain at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Springfield will challenge rival Springboro at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
