South Glens Falls let Justin Christensen and Grady Bammert run wild. Christensen went 2-for-4 with three RBI, one run, and one double, while Bammert went 1-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one double. Those three RBI gave Bammert a new career-high. Jameson DeLancey was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two RBI, one run, and one double.
Meanwhile, Hudson Falls hadn't done well against South Glens Falls recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Wednesday. The Tigers had just enough and edged out the Bulldogs 3-2.

South Glens Falls' win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 10-7. As for Hudson Falls, their victory ended a 16-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 7-10.
The batters for both teams will have to hit smart on Friday as both have some strikeout artists on the roster. South Glens Falls has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 8.8 strikeouts per game. However, it's not like Hudson Falls struggles in that department as they've been averaging 7.3 strikeouts.
