Corry won the last time they faced Northwestern and things went their way on Saturday too. The Beavers walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Wildcats. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Beavers.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-21.

Corry's offense was headlined by Grace Allen and Regan Kemp, who picked up four kills apiece. They got some help from Ava Hallberg and her seven assists. Kemp was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Corry's win bumped their record up to 28-0-4. As for Northwestern, they dropped their record down to 2-15 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home.

Corry didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 1-1 draw against Cambridge Springs on the 11th. As for Northwestern, they have also already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Portville on the 11th.
