Waterloo won the last time they faced Wesclin and things went their way on Saturday too. The Bulldogs had just enough and edged out the Warriors 2-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bulldogs.

Waterloo can attribute much of their success to Ellie Zweigart, who had 12 digs and three aces. That's the most aces Zweigart has posted since back in November of 2024.

Waterloo's win bumped their record up to 22-7. As for Wesclin, their loss dropped their record down to 17-12.

Coincidentally, Waterloo and Wesclin will both be playing Riverview Gardens the next time they take the court. The Warriors will head out to face the Rams at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Bulldogs will play them later in the day, at 11:00 a.m.
